Role Pre-Requisites:

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business information systems, engineering, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, particularly in projects involving MES, MRO, ERP, EAM, or PLM.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling the evaluation of complex situations and the delivery of effective solutions.
• Previous involvement in software, database, or systems interface development.

Preferred Experience:

• Substantial industry expertise in Aerospace MRO (maintenance, repair & overhaul), demonstrating a robust understanding of shop floor planning and execution.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in iBASE-t Solumina software and its associated extension products will be a big plus
