Job Description:
As an Oracle Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the
delivery of Oracle Cloud and On-Premise application managed services to
clients. You will lead a team of Oracle application support specialists,
ensuring that they deliver high-quality support services to clients while
adhering to agreed-upon service levels and timelines.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the delivery of Oracle Cloud and On-Premise application managed
services to clients, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon service levels and timelines.
• Lead a team of Oracle application support specialists, ensuring that they
deliver high-quality support services to clients.
• Should be well versed in all
Project Management tasks and activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the
primary point of contact for all service delivery-related.
• Manage and coordinate the implementation of service delivery processes and
procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.
• Monitor and report on service delivery performance metrics, identifying
areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans as necessary.
• Ensure that all service delivery-related documentation, including service
level agreements and contracts, are up to date and accurate.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical teams, to
ensure that client requirements are met.
• Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Cloud and On-Premise application
technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of
continuous learning and improvement.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud and On-Premise application
architectures, technologies, and implementation methodologies.
• Experience managing a team of Oracle application support specialists.
• Strong client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain
relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
