• Expertise with Linux, AIX, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud Computing, DBA, Failover Clustering, Backup, Networking, Middleware & Windows roles & Services.
• Interact with customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines for successful outcomes.
• Maintaining and Generating Monthly Activity Reports & Quarterly Compliance A
• Remote & Onsite support to clients with minimum Downtime in 24*7 environments on Servers, Desktop, Applications & Networking related problems.
• Business continuity solution for storage hardware, backup, and business team to serve the data with zero downtime.
•  Setting up & Handling Continuity of business (COB) functions for the respective process and ensure that the operation is successfully completed.
• Establishing risk criteria, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk treatment, corrective action & remediation plans.
• Performed notifications and status of all incidents to high level internal leadership and client while managing SLA's.
• Lead projects and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Used coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule.
• Taking ownership of major incidents to ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review RCA.
• Manage the provision of IT services including infrastructure and solution development, operations, and support, ensuring availability, stability, performance, security.
• Compliance and ensuring that DR, BCP and Risk Management Quarterly basis.
• Performing Software Licensing Audits on Quarterly basis.
• Strong working knowledge of networking technologies
• Strong Working knowledge of Virtual Architecture (VMWare)
• Strong working knowledge of SAN environments. Administration and Support
• Proven experience in managing and facilitating the mix of internal teams and external vendors as a part of product buildout.
• Strong team building and people management skills are a must
